Blasting nozzles made of silicon carbide

 

The shaping process of the jacket is being done in vacuum conditions, which guarantees perfect fitting of the sand blasting nozzle thread with the nozzle holder. Main advantage of the silicon carbide blast nozzle is its hardness accounting to 9,5 in Mohs scale.


During practical tests it has been discovered, that in comparison with the tungsten carbide straight nozzle, the silicon carbide blasting nozzle has significantly higher life expectancy. If the Venturi silicon carbide blasting nozzle is being used properly, the time the operator can work without getting tired, significantly extends. It also extends the productivity thanks to its lower weight.

These nozzles offer the longest working times in comparison to any other blasting nozzles offered on the market (e.g. tungsten carbide or silicon carbide). Maximal efficiency of the silicon carbide sand blasting nozzles lasts much longer – this in consequence allows to save air and abrasive material. Thanks to the low weight of the product, the work of the operator is much more comfortable.
